A delightful find in Hampstead! Cosy and homey. Staff were friendly and attentive. We ordered full American breakfast and salmon bagel with coffee and tea. Decent portions, and excellent coffee! Expected more fluffy pancake and more crispy bacons. Otherwise everything was perfect!
Had such a lovely visit here today! The food was genuinely delicious — full of flavour, beautifully presented, and the portions were incredibly generous. You can really tell care goes into both the cooking and presentation. Everything arrived fresh, well plated, and exceeded expectations. Absolutely amazing. Everything’s freshly made. Oatmilk available, Madagascar Vanilla in my Cream, Service was outstandingly sweet and helpful. Matcha tastes just like the one I would make for myself at home. Would 100% recommend, totally worth it.
Incredible service and a true hidden gem in Hampstead! I was lost with a dead phone, and the staff, specifically Petah (so sorry if I got the name slightly wrong!) went above and beyond to help me get back on track. I felt so welcomed. The New York Café was absolutely spectacular. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt rich with culture and history, the ceiling paintings were breathtaking, truly a work of art. The live music added such a beautiful, immersive touch, creating an experience that felt both grand and intimate at the same time. The staff were incredible, the food was outstanding, and every detail felt thoughtfully curated. A special mention to the hot chocolate hands down one of the best I’ve ever had. The mix of dark and white chocolate was indulgent and perfectly balanced, topped with whipped cream… unreal. It felt so authentic, like nothing you’d taste anywhere else. An unforgettable experience from start to finish. I would highly, highly recommend visiting if you’re ever there.
A small bistro and coffee shop that is open all day. It is bigger than it looks outside, with a back garden dining area and rooms upstairs, too. We shared a Caesar Salad and cheese burger, and they were both tasty.
